Faber is still the best featherweight in the world after he broke his right hand and dislocated his left thumb in a fight where brown was still scared of how fast Faber really is with just elbows and knees alone. Also, we all saw when Faber could have choked him out in the last round but couldn't clinch with a broken hand.
